We ate our way through a spread of delightful Mid-Autumn mooncakes and here are ten of our favourite snow skin creations.

3. Salted Caramel With Peanut Praline Snow Skin Mooncake
East meets West in the most delicious way possible, with the Peanut Praline Snow Skin Mooncake ($61 a box). Each mouthful is a party of sweet and salty flavours — creamy white lotus seed paste blended with salted caramel, along with salted peanuts wrapped within a core of creamy chocolate shell.
