The prestigious Asia's 50 Best Bars recently held the fourth edition of its annual awards ceremony at the Capitol Theatre on 9th May, celebrating the best of cocktail culture in Asia.
Having a vibrant cocktail scene, and no lack of creativity (despite what some may think) - especially if you've been to Singapore Cocktail Festival - it's not surprising that 11 bars from Singapore claimed spots on the Asia's 50 Best Bars 2019 list!

8. Operation Dagger (No.22)
Stepping into Operation Dagger is like a minimalist alcoholic’s dream – raw concrete, a cloud of lightbulbs overhead, and an almost apothecary-like collection of bottles shelved behind the bar. Go full out with their creative cocktails like Cabbage, which uses sous vide natural wine from fermented red cabbage with apple and rose; or have the omakase cocktail flight if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the choices before you.
