4. Pastamania
PastaMania, pays tribute to Singapore’s rich food culture with two new creations – Otah Aglio and Nasi Lemak Pizza (7-inch and 10-inch):
– Otah Aglio (S$13.80 nett) – Inspired by Otah, a tasty, piquant fish snack, Otah Aglio highlights a Singaporean twist to the classic aglio olio.
– Nasi Lemak Pizza (S$13.80 nett for 7-inch; S$16.80 nett for 10-inch) – Delight in the Nasi Lemak Pizza – A base of sambal chilli, mozzarella cheese, and otah, generously topped with hard-boiled egg slices, crispy ikan bilis, fried peanuts, diced cucumbers, then finished with sambal mayo.
