Think seabream roll sushi, seared tuna with egg yolk shoyu, and simmered baby abalone – a delightful way to awaken the palate.
For the main course, experience the melt-in-your-mouth Miyazaki A4 Sukiyaki. Thinly sliced, teppan-seared ribeye is paired with a savory sukiyaki sauce and a luxurious egg yolk foam. Vegetarian options are also likely available upon request.
