– Set Menu B: Mother Is The Best In The World shines a spotlight on exquisite seafood creations. Revel in the indulgence of Braised Fish Maw Broth with Crabmeat, Prawns prepared two ways, Steamed Soon Hock, and sumptuous Braised Abalone.
