1-Arden levels up the celebrations with dazzling views of the fireworks from the 17th and 51st floors of the CapitaSpring skyscraper.
We recommend their delectable 5-course Dinner at S$248++ per person on 9 August 2022. Chef John will serve up creations focused on the best of Australia’s seasonal bounty. Bounty from land, river, and sea, cooked from farm to table. Chef Lamley will follow with Kappo dishes prepared with different carefully selected cooking techniques. Allowing fresh, natural flavours to shine, whilst utilising a ‘nose-to-tail’ culinary approach.
