At Tóng Lè Private Dining, the season is celebrated with a luxurious multi-course experience. The 6-Course Seasonal Menu (S$258++ per person) invites diners on an elegant journey where the prized hairy crab is thoughtfully showcased across six individually plated dishes.

At the flagship Min Jiang, enjoy signature dishes like Steamed Hairy Crab with Glutinous Rice in a Bamboo Basket (S$108 each), alongside new highlights such as the Hairy Crab Trio Platter (S$42++ per person), featuring Crabmeat and Roe Xiao Long Bao.
