4. Kam’s Roast
At just S$138 (UP: S$167), you could enjoy five famous Kam’s Roast dishes, including Poached HK Choy Sum, three signature meats Roast Duck, Soy Chicken, Crispy Roast Pork, as well as new items such as Beef Brisket and Tendon, created by Hong Kong Two-star Michelin Chef Cheng Kam Fu of Celebrity Cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong.
The Beef Brisket and Tendon are superbly soft and tender; expect melt-in-the-mouth meat and gelatinous tendon infused with the aroma and flavour of the gravy. Rich in collagen, the thick gravy is made with generous amounts of spices to lend a complex depth of flavour to this dish.
