Served in ANTI:DOTE’s iconic chest of drawers is a spread of sweet and savoury bites. Experience a burst of umami-filled delight with the Tiger Prawn, the Cotto Jolly Ham and innovative desserts with treats like the whimsical Beer Mug Jelly that combines an effervescent popping candy with a bright orange chiboust, and the Chocolate Cigar made with an almond praline sable.
The menu can also accompany two amuse bouches: a Foie Gras Mousse with toasted coconut and coriander and a 65°C Organic Egg with chive, truffle, and olive oil caviar. There are also two cocktails and a mocktail to pair with the Father’s Day afternoon tea. Sip on the Almighty Paps, a spiced rum concoction with coffee, cacao and banana notes, or the no-ABV Like Father Like Sun, featuring Seedlip spice, fruits, cacao, and red tea.
The Afternoon Tea runs daily from 3pm to 5pm, from now till 30 June 2023 at S$58++ per guest for the standard menu, S$70++ with one amuse-bouche and S$75++ for both.
