Yàn has specially curated two collections of elegant, wholesome Cantonese dishes. Savour the six-course Signature Set Menu or the eight-course Celebratory Set Menu.

The nourishing feasts showcase premium ingredients and signify well-wishes for our fathers to deepen familial bonds with loved ones. The Signature Set Menu features the Double-Boiled Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. The indulgent soup brims with the finest ingredients, such as abalone, sea cucumber, pig’s tendons, and ginseng. The Celebratory Set Menu commences with Yàn’s signature Roasted Peking Duck served with Chinese Pancake, Cucumber and Spring Onions, followed by the soulful Conpoy Broth with Assorted Dried Seafood. Other notable highlights in the menu include Poached Soon Hock with Shredded Konjac, Onions and Ginger in Rice Chinese Wine and more.
