The Hainan Story has launched a special Champagne Coconut X’mas Log Cake for Christmas this year. The cake will be available from 1 to 25 December 2022.
Dig into the staple log cake with a local twist that lends a touch of sparkle with champagne concentrate baked into the fluffy coconut sponge cake centre. More coconut filling of white chocolate, whipping cream and coconut puree layers it for a fragrant creamy indulgence before champagne-infused raisins are speckled into the filling for juicy bites. The entire log cake is then covered with desiccated coconut for taste and texture.
