For the first time ever, 1 Michelin Star Alma by Juan Amador is offering a Father’s Day Special Menu at S$183+ suitable for 2-4 pax from 17 June to 20 June 2020.
The Father’s Day Special Menu comprises of Australian corn-fed spatchcock (1.1kg), marinated with harissa for over 12 hours and subsequently charcoal-grilled over coconut husks – creating a piquant, spicy, and smoky edge with a juicy and tender inside.
The main is accompanied with a moreish red pepper dip with rice crisps, refreshing salad filled with cos lettuce and chickpeas, an appetizing smoked yellow lentil soup, stuffed boneless chicken with sushi rice, and an oven-baked, aromatic moussaka. The house-made dessert, a decadent Valrhona Chocolate Fudge Cake (700g), and a bottle of Italian Scaia Corvina 2016 mark a blissful end that is sure to put a smile on all dads.
