Their Xmas Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Cake caught our eye as it is made with high-grade chestnuts from Ibaraki Prefecture. Japanese chestnut buttercream and kanroni pair beautifully with custard fresh cream, almond crunch and cocoa as well as vanilla sponges.
