To ring in the festive season, Marks & Spencer has teamed up with Chef Kirk Westaway to develop three delicious Christmas recipes for the ultimate celebratory feast.
As his showstopper, Chef Kirk presents a Turkey Breast ‘Wellington’ – juicy boneless British turkey breast joint from M&S Select Farms. Particularly, enveloped in a perfectly seasoned sausage stuffing and finely sliced Maris Piper potatoes.
Traditional roast potatoes are reinvented as Grilled and Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Ras el Hanout. With preserved lemon, topped with roasted onion petals and fresh dill.
For a lighter take on the usual puddings and cakes, Chef Kirk marries festive spices with the freshest, premium produces in his Cinnamon Roasted White Nectarines dessert. Together with soft yoghurt of Acacia honey and Amaretti almond biscuits. Which are handmade to a traditional local recipe in Tuscany by the Marini family, who have been artisan bakers for over 60 years.
Chef Kirk fully utilises M&S’s extensive range of ingredients, including many items from the Cook With M&S range of time-saving ingredients that make mealtimes easier than ever.
