Nestled at the basement of Raffles Holland V, Taste is a new gastronome grocer by Swiss Butchery.
Spanning a total of 6,000 square feet, the retail and dining concept features 10 different sections for visitors to explore.
Seasonal produce are flown in bi-weekly from France, USA, Thailand and Japan.
From now till the end of April 2017, customers can also enjoy $1 Spinelli Coffee at the mini Spinelli Café located in Taste, and 10 per cent off all meat and charcuterie on the weekends.

3. Seafood Counter and Oyster Bar by Frisch Seafood
Flown in weekly to ensure their freshness, freshly-shucked oysters as well as sashimi grade seafood are available at this seafood bar. If you’re feeling indulgent, have some vodka along with freshly shucked-oysters topped with caviar, prepared right on the spot.
