3. Garlic mooncakes
While your breath may smell rather funky after consumption, Resort World Sentosa’s Feng Shui Inn has certainly intrigued us with its unusual offering of garlic-infused baked mooncakes, Mid-Autumn Star ($68 per box of six). Created from organic black garlic blended with custard and lotus paste, the mooncake hits you with strong garlic flavours upon first bite before easing into the sweetness (20% less sugar) of the caramelised paste.
