4. Ramen Taisho
Priding themselves on handcrafted ramen made fresh daily, Ramen Taisho serves a decent Tonkotsu Ramen ($6.90), which comes with two slices of char siew and runny egg. For $2 more, diners can enjoy five slices of char siew with the Ramen Deluxe. The broth, though rich and moreish, was a little salty on some occasions.
