To celebrate the nation’s birthday, The Beast is serving up dishes with a local twist such as Salted Egg Yolk Chicken & Pandan Waffles, but of course, The Beast Nasi Lemak Burger ($20) takes center-stage! Touted as the “Guaranteed damn shiok, DIE DIE MUST TRY!” burger, this hearty delight is made up of coconut rice patties, crispy fried chicken thigh, nasi lemak chilli and a single fried egg with a runny center. Available for dinner till the end of August, the burger is served with a side of luncheon meat fries.
