5. Makansutra Gluttons Bay
Due to overwhelming requests, the nasi lemak burger ($7.50) created by local food maestro KF Seetoh has made a comeback to Gluttons Bay. The combination of crispy fish fillet, otah rice patties, sunny side-up, peanuts, ikan bilis, cucumber and the chilli is just pure bliss. To properly appreciate the goodness of this burger, remember to take in the mishmash scents of pandan and coconut that waft from the pan-seared otah rice patties, before finally going at it – bare hands and all. The burger is available till end August.
