If you thought last year’s Ultimate Crab Feast was good, let this year's surprise your taste buds all over again.

In its sixth year running, the indulgent crab buffet returns from 9 Apr to 28 June with an even bigger and better spread.

Apart from local favourites like the quintessential chilli crab, diners can look forward to other innovative spins on the crustacean.

To complement the crab dishes, there'll be creations like Stir Fried Green Mussels with Lemongrass and Chilli Padi and Kaffar Lime Style Chicken.

3. Ginger Hua Tiao Crab

The Ginger Hua Tiao Crab, with its soft and succulent meat, is worth going for seconds. Braised in soup made from ginger and hua tiao wine (Chinese rice wine), the crab acquired a wonderful aroma.
