Held at the Capitol Theatre, the third edition of Asia's 50 Best Bars makes a return with its inaugural awards ceremony.
While one less from 2017’s list, Singapore proves to be a force to be reckoned with 12 local bars making on 2018 Asia's 50 Best Bar List, of which The Regent’s Manhattan bar was crowned as best bar once more. Another honourable mention is Native’s head bartender Vijay Mudaliar who was awarded with the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award. The bar itself has climbed an impressive 12 places to clinch the No.8 spot.

6. Operation Dagger (No.19)
Here’s another bar that plays on mystery. Located below ground level, Operation Dagger greets the weary with first a scene-stealing cloud of light bulbs that adds drama to its industrial-minimalist abode, before complex cocktails that are nautrally-driven such as Cabbage that comprises natural wine from fermented red cabbage with apple and rose. The bar also offers its omkase menu of cocktails, if you ever feel exceptionally naughty that evening.
