Held at the Capitol Theatre, the third edition of Asia's 50 Best Bars makes a return with its inaugural awards ceremony.
While one less from 2017’s list, Singapore proves to be a force to be reckoned with 12 local bars making on 2018 Asia's 50 Best Bar List, of which The Regent’s Manhattan bar was crowned as best bar once more. Another honourable mention is Native’s head bartender Vijay Mudaliar who was awarded with the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award. The bar itself has climbed an impressive 12 places to clinch the No.8 spot.

10. Nutmeg & Clove (No.33)
Singapore’s natural history is given a cocktail form at Nutmeg & Clove. With a menu segregated in sections such as Herb, Spice, Clove and Fruit, the rustic bar has churned out 12 new cocktails that embody the natural biodiversity of Singapore. With a local ingredient at its heart, each pour is a reinterpretation of some classics such as New York Sour vs Straits Time Sour, or the Bloody Mary vs Dear Rose Mary. Read the full review here.
