UNA at One Rochester not only mesmerises with its colonial charm, but also tantalises with its spread of Spanish favourites inspired by iconic local dishes. From now till 26 August, the Spanish restaurant offers a wide selection of tapas such as Chilli Crab Croquettes ($10) of crispy panko crumbed morsels of fresh crab meat and hearty mains like the show-stopping Paella de Pollo de Singapur ($46) which is a Spanish take on the traditional Hainanese chicken rice.
