Evoking local flavours, VLV beckons hungry patrons with a Dim Sum Soiree ($138) happening on 6 August. Named ‘Rojak Lyfe’, the indulgent feast will feature a collection of hand-crafted Dim Sum and other modern Chinese creations. Some culinary highlights include Chilli Crab Buns and the restaurant’s own rendition of Singapore’s favourite local dishes such as Rojak and Bah Kut Teh.
