Be still, my (scarlet) heart! South Korean actor Kang Ha Neul isn’t just another pretty face in a sea of stars – after just 20 minutes of getting grilled by “hard” questions, Kang charmed a room of media and fans with his cheeky grin and unabashed humility.
Kang recently stars in latest South Korean period drama “Scarlet Heart” – a remake of the popular Chinese series “Bu Bu Jin Xing” – as the 8th prince of Goryeo. Appearing alongside Kang are top names like Lee Ji Eun (IU), Lee Joon Ki, Hong Jong Hyun, Baek Hyun of K-pop boyband Exo, Nam Joo Hyuk and Ji Soo.
We sit down with the prince himself to find out more about his exploits on and off screen.
"Scarlet Heart" premieres on 29 Aug and will air every Monday and Tuesday at 9pm on One (Singtel TV Ch 513 and 604, StarHub TV Ch 124, 820 and 823).
