For a limited time only, these buffets will have an abundance of seafood for your enjoyment.
1. Lobsterfest at Lime
For all things lobster, head down to Lime at Parkroyal on Pickering. The plump Maine lobsters are prepared in a variety of ways, including with Singaporean favourites like salted egg yolk, black pepper sauce and lux-sa, a luxed-up version of laksa.
True to Lime’s buffet concept, the restaurant also dedicates part of its space to Western cuisine and lobsters. Standouts include Maine lobster mac and cheese with truffle salsa and lobster thermidor. The seafood indulgence doesn’t stop there, the buffet also offers other types of seafood including fresh sashimi and shellfish. Be sure to bring an empty stomach!
