Every Tuesday night, award-winning buffet restaurant, Edge, serves up a surf and turf meal featuring ocean-fresh seafood and artisanal cuts. The buffet is a mix of Asian and Western, serving decadent dishes like Torched Wagyu Beef with Salmon Chirashi and 24-hour Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib topped with Seared Hokkaido Scallops.
The best part? Top up an additional $10 for unlimited glasses of red and white wine, a perfect way to show your patriotism now that National Day is around the corner.
Price: $78++ per adult, inclusive of unlimited local beverages, coffee and tea.
