This year, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is transforming the entire destination into a two-month celebration of thrills, family-friendly fun, immersive entertainment and after-dark adventures.
Running from 1 September to 1 November 2026, the inaugural Festival of Thrills brings together a packed lineup of Halloween experiences across Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark and WEAVE.
Whether you’re seeking heart-pounding scares, playful trick-or-treating experiences for the little ones, or glowing marine-inspired art installations, there’s something for every kind of Halloween fan.
The result is less a single event and more a choose-your-own-adventure Halloween destination. Spend the afternoon meeting beloved characters, wander through a neon-lit underwater world at dusk, then end the evening inside one of Singapore’s most terrifying haunted attractions.
Here are the experiences worth adding to your Halloween Singapore 2026 calendar.

For Serious Horror Fans: Halloween Horror Nights 14
Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights 14 returns from 25 September to 1 November 2026, bringing local folklore, familiar Singaporean settings and chilling regional legends to life.
This year’s haunted-house lineup transforms everyday places and cultural references into deeply unsettling experiences.
Singapore’s Most Haunted: On Air takes guests into an abandoned television studio where reenactments of notorious local ghost stories appear trapped in an endless broadcast loop.
In Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection, a familiar neighbourhood rag-and-bone man becomes the centre of a sinister tale. The objects he has collected over the years carry the misfortunes of their former owners, turning a cluttered shophouse into a repository of curses and dark secrets.
The scares continue beyond Singapore-inspired horror. Made in Hell: Xinling Robotics imagines a futuristic Chinese bioengineering facility where scientists harvest human life force in pursuit of artificial immortality.
Returning fan-favourite Chatterbox Charlie also receives a starring role in his own haunted attraction. Chatterbox Charlie’s Vaudeville Horrors is a theatrical nightmare filled with revenge, ventriloquism and a cast of deeply unsettling performers.
Outside the haunted houses, the scares spill into the streets.
At The Raveyard, a forgotten cemetery transforms into a neon-fuelled afterlife party populated by guests who never quite made it home. Meanwhile, Necropolis: The Serpent’s Crossroads invites visitors into a shadowy realm ruled by a mysterious serpent-like figure who bargains in desires, destinies and souls.
Adding to the unpredictability, roaming characters will move throughout the park beyond designated scare zones. The Karang Guni and the Pontianak-inspired rock group, the Fatimah Rockers, may appear when least expected, ensuring that nowhere feels completely safe.
Halloween Horror Nights 14 will take place across 18 selected nights. Tickets start from S$58 for non-peak nights and S$68 for peak nights during the early-bird booking period, while stocks last.

For Families: Trick or Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore
Halloween gets considerably cuter during daylight hours.
Running from 1 September to 1 November 2026, Trick or Thrills brings candy giveaways, costumed characters, themed performances and festive treats to Universal Studios Singapore.
Minion Land receives a seasonal makeover featuring pumpkin displays, Halloween-themed decorations and an all-new show, The Belloween Ball. Guests can also meet the newly introduced Bride of Monster Bob, alongside familiar favourites including Gru, Lucy, Agnes, Edith, Margo and an Evil Minion.
Elsewhere throughout the park, visitors can encounter Kuromi in her Halloween best, as well as beloved characters such as Shrek, Fiona, the Fairy Godmother, Elmo, and Cookie Monster.
Limited-edition snacks, glow-in-the-dark souvenirs, character collectibles and seasonal merchandise add to the festive atmosphere.
Best of all, Trick or Thrills is included with regular park admission, making it one of the most accessible family Halloween events in Singapore this year.

For Art Lovers and Curious Families: Into the Glowcean
From 5 September to 1 November 2026, Singapore Oceanarium takes on an entirely new personality with Into the Glowcean, an immersive programme inspired by bioluminescence, neon artistry and the fascinating ways marine life uses light.
At the centre of the experience is Oceanic Glow, a special exhibition by Singapore-based glass-neon artist Megan Foo.
Inspired by how marine creatures communicate, camouflage themselves, attract mates and ward off predators using light, Foo’s glowing installations will be placed throughout selected areas of the oceanarium, creating a magical illuminated trail for visitors to explore.
The programme also features interactive activities including light-painting experiences, neon-inspired face art and hands-on workshops where participants can create deep-sea animal keychains.
Families can enjoy a Halloween-themed trick-or-treat trail, while skeleton-costumed divers make appearances during selected feeding sessions, adding a playful seasonal twist to the marine encounters.
On selected weekends in October, live light-painting artists will create mesmerising artworks through movement in front of the iconic Open Ocean habitat, transforming the space into a living canvas of light and colour.

For Waterpark Lovers: Pool Party Panic at Adventure Cove Waterpark
Adventure Cove Waterpark joins the Festival of Thrills lineup with two distinct experiences that cater to both daytime explorers and night owls.
From 1 September to 1 November 2026, visitors can dive into Pool Party Panic, an after-dark event that combines a high-energy pool party atmosphere with interactive escape game-style challenges. Expect music, immersive storytelling and team-based gameplay as guests work together to unravel mysteries while enjoying Adventure Cove Waterpark after sunset.
During the day, families can embark on **Legend Keepers: The Ocean Spirit Awakens**, an adventure inspired by Singapore’s local folklore and legends. Designed for younger guests and families, the experience blends storytelling, exploration and interactive activities, encouraging participants to uncover clues and discover the secrets of a mythical ocean spirit.
Together, the two experiences offer a unique way to enjoy Adventure Cove Waterpark during the Festival of Thrills, whether you’re looking for family-friendly fun under the sun or an energetic nighttime adventure in the water.
