Collagen Herbal Samgyetang (S$35++)

What makes MODU so special?

MODU brings boyang-sik (Korean restorative cuisine) to Singapore, focusing on nutritious, slow-cooked dishes crafted with premium ingredients like specially sourced ginseng and free-range chicken.

MODU’s every Samgyetang broth is simmered for eight hours, allowing the rich flavours of ginseng, jujube, and chicken to fully develop. The result? A deeply nourishing and luxurious soup that’s both comforting and health-boosting.

Signature Dishes

MODU takes traditional Korean wellness cuisine to the next level with six unique Samgyetang variations, each crafted to cater to different tastes and preferences.

– Collagen Herbal Samgyetang (S$35++): A nourishing, collagen-rich soup infused with premium herbs for a deeply restorative experience.
– Hangover Samgyetang (S$37++): This is our top pick! Designed to combat post-drinking fatigue, this version comes with a spicy broth made from a secret house chili blend. The heat is meant to work up sweat, help flush out toxins, and wake up your senses. Plus, it’s one of Singapore’s few spicy Samgyetang options.
– Black Chicken Samgyetang (S$37++): This is the cleanest-tasting option, featuring a whole spring chicken stuffed with glutinous rice. Black chicken (ogol-gye) is known for its higher nutrient content and leaner texture, making it a nourishing choice.
– Perilla Seed Samgyetang (S$38++): A unique take on the classic, enriched with ground perilla seeds that give it a thicker, gruel-like consistency and a distinctive nutty aroma.
– Black Sesame Samgyetang (S$38): A bold and flavorful twist featuring black sesame for an added layer of richness.
– Beauty Samgyetang (S$37++): Packed with medicinal herbs, this version promotes wellness and enhances skin health, helping you achieve that coveted glass-skin glow.

Of course, in addition to Samgyetang, MODU offers a variety of appetizers, sharing dishes, and desserts!

Enoki Fries (S$12++)

We highly recommend the Enoki Fries (S$12++), Potato Pancakes (S$18++/3pcs) and Chicken Gizzard Popcorn (S$18++)—trust us, these dishes are nothing like what you’d expect. Get ready for a delightful surprise!

To celebrate the opening, MODU is also offering the 2-Gather Set Menu for Two (S$98++), which includes two Samgyetang, a MODU Appetizer, one sharing dish, and dessert to share.

Pair It with  Premium Korean Liquors

MODU’s curated selection of premium Korean liquors—from traditional rice wines to fruit-infused soju—perfectly complement your Samgyetang experience.
