4. Get Your Taste of Asia On with Roku Gin at Raffles Courtyard
Raffles Courtyard has partnered with Roku Gin to create a limited-time cocktail menu celebrating the fusion of Southeast Asian flavors and Japanese gin artistry. The “Southeast Asia Meets Japan” promotion runs now to 16 April 2025, at Raffles Courtyard in Singapore.
The collaboration features six unique cocktails inspired by popular desserts and street food from Southeast Asia, including Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore. Each cocktail showcases the versatility of Roku Gin, incorporating local ingredients and flavors.
For example, the “Sticky Go Roku” takes inspiration from Thai mango sticky rice, blending Roku Gin with mango juice, lime, and coconut milk. The “Sago’t Gulaman Fizz” nods to Filipino desserts, combining Roku Gin with pandan syrup, calamansi, and sago pearls. Other creations include the “Kampung Fizz” inspired by Malaysian chendol, the Singapore-inspired “Pandan Paradise,” “Hanoi Blossom” reminiscent of Vietnamese street food, and the “Jogja Sour” paying homage to Indonesia.
