Old School Romantic at Antoinette

#145_food_Je-t'aime-(package)

Cap a night of romance with the Antoinette Je t’aime.

Does your lover appreciate old fashioned gestures of romance, like a handwritten letter or a box of chocolates? Make your partner smile with Antoinette’s collection of confectionaries, which includes Chef Pang’s iconic terrarium cake,
Across the Universe ($18).

Encased in an iridescent globe, the creation features a rose almond sponge cake filled with layers of almond nougatine, raspberry crumble, yuzu cream, lychee and rose petal mousse. At the heart of the orb lies a gold diamond of chocolate, surrounded with fresh dewy rose petals — perfect for sneaking in a ring.

For a less opulent yet equally delightful treat, Je t’aime ($15) is a heart-shaped chocolate with a rich centre of milk
and dark chocolate, coated with a citrusy yuzu ganache.

Available at all Antoinette outlets. www.antoinette.com.sg
