The Yu Sheng features a variety of fruits and vegetables such as kale, beetroot, Japanese cucumbers, green apples and pomegranates. This version by Auntie’s Wok and Steam is presented with sliced Scottish smoked salmon and is great for sharing with small groups of friends and family.
