Probably one of the most hyped new restaurant this month – KOMA. KOMA’s menu includes original creations from KOMA’s Executive Chef Kunihiro Moroi. Other than being just a restaurant, KOMA also boasts a bar and lounge that serves an extensive selection of over 30 types of sake sourced from across Japan.
Some dishes highly recommended include the Salmon Pillow, a crisp puff pastry shell filled with smoked avocado and topped with salmon sashimi and burnt jalapeño peppers. D.I.Y. Spicy Tuna, Surf & Turf Roll and Wild Mushroom Fried Rice with shiitake, enoki, shimeji and maitake mushrooms with koshihikari rice.
Your meal in KOMA is never complete with the snow Aged Niigata Wagyu Beef, a decadent dish which features the best wagyu available. We promise the A5 beef to be extremely tender and, and it will melt-in-your-mouth for sure.
KOMA is located at Marina Bay Sands, 2 Bayfront Ave, #B1-67, 018972.
