Berliner
Don’t worry, we have not forgotten those with a sweet tooth! A Berliner is a traditional pastry that is similar to the doughnut – it is deep-fried and coated in icing sugar but does not have the central hole often found in doughnuts. Typically, it is filled with jam, vanilla cream or Nutella.
