3. Food stalls hawking handmade sausages
Taste handmade vermicelli and pork sausages. There are many stalls selling this Can Tho specialty of latticed vermicelli and fried sausages that are redolent of local spices. At Ut Dzach, you can see them from start to finished and even try them as part of a full course lunch. Steamed and topped with a fragrant mix of scallion and oil, it goes beautifully with the pork sausages that are sweet and bursting with flavours.
