2. Merci Marcel Tiong Bahru New Dinner Menu

The multi-concept dining and lifestyle destination, Merci Marcel presents a new dinner menu that takes diners on a journey through regional France, from the romantic Riviera to the idyllic Aquitane region. Conceptualised by the Merci Marcel team and Bordeaux Chef Nicolas Nguyen Van Hai, the new menu focuses on the hearty and homemade traditional cuisine of South and Southwest France, while retaining contemporary Merci Marcel signatures.

Diners can look forward to savouring Provencal-style flaky pizza pissaladière, the Alsatian tarte flambée made a la Marcel with truffle, onions, comté and artisanal Corsica coppa, and traditional Bordeaux festive seared foie gras atop spiced gingerbread, and more!
