Chef Andy Ricker will be cooking limited portions of his famous Thai-Style Pork Cheeks at Meatsmith Western Barbecue for one night only on Friday, 22nd November and some of his favourite dishes at a party-style event at Meatsmith Little India on Sunday, 24th November
Andy’s first appearance will take place at Meatsmith Western Barbecue in Makansutra Gluttons Bay, where he will be cooking limited portions of Gaam Muu Yaang – Thai-style barbecue pork cheeks served with jaew. This dish will be priced at a special price of $7 nett.
