9. Wan Qing Festival of Spring 2020
Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall’s upcoming signature Wan Qing Festival of Spring will take place from 1 February to 2 February. The weekend festivities will see a total of 32 exciting and family-friendly programmes that will spotlight the Lunar New Year customs and cultural heritage.
Festival highlight includes Auspicious Lion Dance Performances on 25 Jan, 1 – 2 Feb 2020. Lion dance performances are a common sight during Lunar New Year as they are believed to be bearers of good luck. Revel in the festivities and usher in the Year of the Rat at the Memorial Hall with exciting lion dance performances throughout the festive season!
