Celebrate Mid-Autumn at VivoCity as they take you into Wonderland where a dazzling spectacle of cute and fancy lanterns await at the Sky Park!
“This Mid-Autumn, we put a modern twist to tradition by transforming VivoCity’s rooftop Sky Park into a wondrous lantern display, inspired by the tales of Alice in Wonderland. These large-scale, colourful handcrafted lanterns measure up to 10m tall and will light up against the night sky to create the perfect backdrop for a memorable Mid-Autumn reunion with family and friends,” says Gwen Au, Vice President for Marketing Communications, Mapletree Commercial Property Management.“Taking things up a notch this year, shoppers can also engage with animated characters in an augmented reality hunt when they visit, and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.”
The wonderland experience takes shoppers through 5 whimsical zone loosely based on Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – starting from a journey down the rabbit hole, a rendezvous at the Mad Hatter’s tea party, a close-up encounter with the Queen’s card soldiers and finally meeting the Red Queen herself at a towering castle made of lanterns!
The wonderland will be opened from 23 August – 22 September 2019, 10AM to 10PM (Light Up from 7PM to 10PM) daily.
