Mark Your Calendars: All The Events And Festivals In The Second Half Of 2018

It's always wise to start planning early

As we approach the halfway point of 2018, Singapore has had her fair share of festivals and live music concerts.

The year began with the eight edition of Indie music festival Laneway, and more recently saw the conclusion of the fourth instalment of Ultra Singapore, one of the world's premiere Electronic Music  Dance festival. We also received some of the biggest music stars and acts such as Imagine Dragons, Fifth Harmony, Bruno Mars, Harry Styles and Niall Horan that shook our island with their moves and tunes.

With another half, a year to go, here're the biggest names and events to look out for as July beckons.

34. Jam Hsiao

Since the Taiwanese Golden Melody Award-winning singer’s first concert in Singapore three years ago, singer-songwriter Jam Hsiao will be coming back to SIngapore with his full-fledged Ye Le Xian Sheng (Mr Entertainer) World Tour. The popular mentor on Chinese Television Singing Show Sound of My Dream rose to fame as a challenger on then famous singing competition One Million Star back in 2007. Since then, Hsiao has gone on to release nine solo albums and two more with his band, Lion which he formed in 2016. Hsiao will be performing at the Singapore indoor Stadium on 24 November. Ticket begin at $118 and will go on sale at Sports Hub Tix on 18 August.
