#TheWeekendList: 11 – 13 October

Only for 3 days, executive chef Elijah Holland of Botanik and special guest chef Michael Lewis of La Madernassa will be taking over Open Farm Community’s kitchen to present a ten-course menu alongside the urban farm’s wild plants, micro greens and flowers.
Some local ingredients that will be featured in the menu includes blue pea flower, creeping cucumbers, native stingless bee honey and more. Prepare your appetites for a scrumptious meal!
