This is a simple one-minute chocolate chia seed pudding that can be enjoyed by the whole family

Choc Chia (Blueberry) Pudding

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Chocolate soy milk / almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey

 

Method

  1. Soak a tablespoon of chia seeds in a cup of chocolate soy milk (or almond milk if you prefer).
  2. Add a tablespoon of honey
  3. Garnish with whatever you like, such as blueberries, and enjoy.
