Recipe: Pulut Durian by Asian Food Channel

Can’t decide if you’re a fan of this pungent fruit? This delicious sticky rice made with coconut milk, drizzled with durian gravy is sure to change your mind!
Serves 8 people
- 500 g glutinous rice
Soaked in 700 ml water overnight and drained
- 2 ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 cups water
- 15 pieces durian
With seeds intact
- 2 Tbsp palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 pandan leaves
Tied together in a knot
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Step 3 – Shape pulut
- Take 1 Tbsp pulut and roll it into small balls using your hands. Repeat until all pulut is used up and set aside.
