- 600 g large squid
Gutted and cleaned
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 chili padi (Bird’s eye chili)
- 1 stalk spring onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Step 1 – Prepare potato
- Peel potatoes and cut into coins.
- Blanch for 2 minutes then strain dry. Set aside.
