- 45ml The Botanist Gin
- 15ml Cointreau
- 10ml Benedictine D.O.M.
- 10ml Cherry Liqueur
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 3 Thin Slices of Chili Padi
- 10ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- Top up with Brewlander Hope Summer Ale
- Put all the ingredients, except the beer, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake and double strain into a glass.
- Top up with Brewlander Hope Summer Ale and a dash of angostura bitters
- Garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice, and serve with a straw
