The newest addition to Pasar Bella, James’ Butchery & Co, retails exclusive gourmet meats

Pasar Bella has gotten a little more diversity with the addition of James’ Butchery & Co.
The aforementioned James is the owner, James Goodenough, a local butcher who used to work for Mr Ernst Huber of Huber’s Butchery.
In fact, James’ stall is just opposite Huber’s Butchery at Pasar Bella, and James also takes about 50 per cent of his meats from them. Meat lovers and gourmet cooks can look forward to the USA and Irish dry aged beef – the meat has been matured until the enzymes break the muscle fibre, making the meat tenderer and giving it a richer flavour.
These are exclusive to James’ Butchery & Co and are retailing for the first time in Singapore. He also carries 500-day grain-fed Australian Wagyu with a marbling score of 8 to 9. He also sells ready-marinated meats for your ease of cooking.
Also, look out for his Probiotic Chicken. It is perfect for rotisseries with its tender and juicy flesh.
Take Out Meat
James also has a takeaway menu with stellar grilled meats with sides of salads and fries. The steak-cut fries are incredibly addictive as well. You have been warned.
