Home-grown seafood brand JUMBO Seafood has opened up its newest outlet at ION Orchard, marking a milestone in the restaurant brand’s history as the first outlet along Singapore’s premium shopping belt.

Established in 1987 at East Coast Seafood Centre, they are best known for serving high-quality live seafood cooked Singapore-style – most notably its Award-Winning Chilli Crab, along with golden Deep Fried Mantous.

The outlet-exclusive dishes include dim sum, down to their seafood
signatures—such as their signature chilli crab dish elevated into bite-
sized portions as the Baked JUMBO Chilli Crab Puffs ($8.80) and Pan Fried JUMBO Chilli Crab Buns ($8.80).

Diners can also look forward to other dim sum options such as Steamed Rice Rolls with Prawns and ‘Laksa’ Sauce ($6.80); fresh prawns in silky thin cheong fan rolls and topped with luxurious laksa sauce; and Steamed Prawn Dumplings with Black Truffle 黑松露水晶较($6.80)

On top of its repertoire of live crab dishes and signatures, guests can savour the King Prawns and Fragrant Rice in Rich Seafood Broth ($38.00) – featuring jasmine rice steeped in an umami-rich prawn broth; and Live Boston Lobster and Fragrant Rice in Rich Seafood ($78.00) – a meal for those looking to treat themselves with hearty dish.
