Your perfect plate of pasta can be had — all you have to do is ask. First, pick from the variety of housemade pasta, whether it’s penne, spaghetti or ravioli before deciding on the sauce. We went for the carbonara with penne and bolognaise with spaghetti; both were excellent.
For something a little more indulgent, ask for the carnaroli rice. The dish, cooked with Tuscany pecorino and topped with aromatic truffle shavings, will have you returning for seconds.
2. Caprese station
A classic caprese salad is almost as quintessentially Italian as a hand-stretched pizza. At Prego’s New Sunday Brunch Buffet, there’s a full-fledged caprese station where cheese lovers can create their own.
