If luck shines on you this CNY, you might just get a hotpot feast for six

After giving us snuggle time with the most precious rescue puppies, it’s hard to imagine how Uber might top its game.

However, it looks like they’re offering us a whole plethora of chances to get lucky this Chinese New Year.

First off, there’s the #UberHUAT Ang Bao, where riders get to receive one of three limited edition Ang Baos when they ride around Singapore on selected Uber rides from now until 31 Jan.

If the odds are in their favour, they may walk away with a free meal in the form of $188 in UberEATS credits.

To our delight, UberEATS will also be offering Hot Pot On-Demand on 30 Jan where users can request for a Hai Di Lao Hot Pot to be delivered to their homes.

Best of all? The hot pot feast feeds six, so feel free to gather your family and friends!

Here’s how it works:

Open the UberEATS app on 30 Jan from 10am onward and make sure you are in the coverage area.
Tap on the Hot Pot billboard at the top of the app to request for a Hai Di Lao Hot Pot for 6.
Demand is high and set are limited, so you may need some luck to be able to get a Hot Pot meal — in other words, keep trying!
You get to keep the Hot Pot and exclusive UberEATS goodies too.

To keep the anticipation up, they’ll also be launching a Sweet Surprise on 11 Feb, the 15th day of Chinese New Year.
