National Gallery’s resident lifestyle concept store Gallery & Co displays true commitment to the Yayoi Kusama movement by offering not only Kusama-inspired merchandise such as enamel pins and socks, but also culinary treats that reflect her colourful artwork.
The cafe, dressed in polka dots, is serving five special dine-in items that make for a cohesive meal. These artistic treats consist of the Pickled Baby Beetroot ($12), the hearty Pan-seared Chicken with Quinoa Fregola and Pumpkin Puree ($25).
For a sweet ending, go for the Pumpkin, Coconut and Mango Infusions ($12.50), as well as the fruity Boba Tea with tadpole IQ balls ($7.50).
